    The Court approved deadline for timely requests for exclusion is Thursday, September 24, 2026.

  • Objection Deadline

    September 24, 2026
    The Court approved deadline for timely objections is Thursday, September 24, 2026.

  • Claims Deadline

    November 9, 2026
    You must submit your Proof of Claim form online no later than Monday, November 9, 2026, or mail your completed paper Proof of Claim form so that it is postmarked no later than Monday, November 9, 2026.

  • Final Approval Hearing

    December 2, 2026
    The Court will hold the Final Approval Hearing at 2:00 p.m. PT on Wednesday, December 2, 2026 at Phillip Burton Federal Building, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, Courtroom 2 – 17th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94102.
